For private customers in Italy:
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment, shipped via express courier with tracking number, and always signed for upon receipt of goods. If you prefer a different delivery method than the standard one, you can choose from the following options:
Cash on delivery
Collect the goods directly from your home, check the packaging integrity, and pay the courier in cash.
Collection at the Company
Collect the goods directly from the company and pay in cash to Bottari Spa. Contact us to arrange the collection.
Deposit stop at GLS Point
Receive the goods at the GLS office that best suits your needs.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and any postage costs. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately; therefore, the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
We advise you to group your items into a single order before confirming it to optimize management and shipping, but above all to save on delivery costs. In fact, for orders with a total amount exceeding €69, shipping is free for private customers in Italy.
- For private customers with shipments outside Italy, the shipping cost is €9.95.
- For B2B Italy customers: shipping cost is €15, carriage paid €500.
- For foreign B2B customers, the shipping cost will be agreed upon in the order confirmation phase.
Our staff will pay particular attention to each packed product to make quick and safe deliveries, especially for fragile items. All packaging is sized to fit its contents, and your items will be well protected.
If the courier does not find the customer or his delegate at the declared delivery location, a notice of passage will be sent via text message or email. The courier will try a new consignment the following day. To facilitate the delivery, we recommend that you insert any notes for the courier in the dedicated space at the end of the order.
