How to order

Registration

If you already have a Bottari account, simply click on "Login" and enter the email address and password chosen at the time of registration.

Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password", enter your email click "Send reset link" and we will send you an email to create a new one.

If you are a new customer you will need to register from this page: https://www.bottarishop.it/login?create_account=1 

Click on "I am a new customer" and enter your data, including name, surname, email address and create a password to access your account.

To complete the registration, click on "Create an account" and complete the registration by entering other important data for the purchase, such as your address or telephone number.

How to place an order

Placing an order on Bottarishop.it is very simple and fast.

To do this, simply identify the desired products, possibly choosing the desired version and click on "Add to cart". Once added, a popup will appear where you can click "Buy" or click on the Cart icon at the top right.

Once in the cart, just enter your data, choose the payment and shipping method and click the "Buy" button.

When is it possible to cancel the order?

When the goods are ordered from the manufacturer and are ready to be shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order as it will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. For any urgency you can contact us via WhatsApp message during office hours or by phone.

If the product is defective

If an item received is defective, you can proceed with a complaint.

Where is my order

If you are unable to open the link to track the shipment with GLS, enter the tracking code received by email in the search bar of the website www.gls.it

When your package is ready it will be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and you can click on "Follow your order" to view the shipment details. (to be defined)

Shipping cost*

Shipping is free for orders to Italy over €69.00.

For those whose amount is lower, the shipping cost is €9.95.

Courier

The couriers Bottari relies on for shipments in Italy are GLS and BRT.

They are leading companies in Italy and Bottari has chosen to collaborate with them for the excellence and reliability of their services.

Return, Withdrawal, Refund

How to exercise the right of WITHDRAWAL

In case of WITHDRAWAL (the Customer has changed his mind, does not like the product, has the wrong type of article, etc...) the refund will be made within 14 days of the request for withdrawal, subject to resubmission by and at the expense of the Customer , with tracked shipping, to the Seller's address. The refund of the amount paid will be sent via the same payment method chosen by the customer. Bottari S.p.A. will refund the amount only when the returned items have been checked in their integrity. In other cases, a partial refund is provided as the damage to the goods leads to a lowering of the value of the same and of expenses to make it possibly still salable (as reconditioned).

How to make a RETURN

To make a RETURN (the product arrived broken, partially damaged, not working, completely different from what was ordered), the Customer can access his account, enter the order summary, select the product/s to return, enter the reason for the return immediately below and click on the Request a return button.

A return procedure will automatically be opened and you will be contacted to proceed. We will send our waybill to collect the package with the item carefully closed.

14 days to withdraw from the purchase

You have the right to return your order within 14 working days of delivery. Consult the dedicated page to find out more: click here

What state must the return be in to be accepted?
  • the product is in perfect condition; (unused, free from traces of assembly or wear)
  • the product arrives with its original packaging, without affixing labels or stickers;
  • the return is placed in a shipping carton, paying attention to heavy or fragile items.

Confirm shipment via your personal space on the site or by email to commerciale@bottarishop.it.

You will receive confirmation of the return directly from our logistics offices via the portal or by email.

Only after due verification, if necessary, will you be refunded according to your initial payment method.

PayPal

If you choose to pay with this method you will be directed to the PayPal site.

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email address and password and confirm the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a guest account or create one.

Payment will be registered within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Before proceeding with the payment you will be asked to accept the "Terms and conditions" section of PayPal.

Credit card

You can use your credit card Mastercard, Visa, Postepay, American Express and all major credit and prepaid cards.
